RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All exchanges are free of charge if they are communicated to us within 3 days of receiving your order and provided they are due to a manufacturing defect or if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect order. In such instances, we will cover additional shipping costs and your new order will be processed as soon as the original order in it's packaging is received by us. As all LOVE TEDICI products are made to order, no other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
PRODUCT DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING, MANUFTURING DEFECTS
If the products you receive are damaged in transit you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the products, we will provide a shipping label to return the products back to us in their original packaging. A replacement order will be processed immediately upon receipt of original goods, and we will cover the shipping costs of the new item.
If you are missing part of your order or if you received an incorrect order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and we will process your request for replacement or shipment of the correct order. Once again, we will cover shipping costs of new item as well as the return of an incorrect item that was sent to you.
PRODUCTS SPECIFICATIONS
As these are handmade, artisanal products and as such, weight, color and measurements are approximations and subject to vary. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products through photos and product description. Please note that the actual color you see may depend on your computer or smartphone’s display screen.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
If we cannot provide the products you’ve ordered, we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund or you may place a different order and we will credit you the amount paid.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We immediately process all orders upon receipt. As our products are made to order, we estimate to be able to ship your package within 4 weeks, though some delays may occur. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you via email your tracking information. It is not possible to change your delivery address once your order has been processed. Should this occur, we suggest you contact the courier immediately.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & FEES
LOVE TEDICI does not cover any applicable taxes or duties for international shipping, with the exception of VAT within the EU. The customer is responsible for any additional fees which may be required upon delivery. For more information we suggest you to contact your local customs office or tax agency.
6 MONTH PRODUCT WARRANTY
LOVE TEDICI offers a 6-month general warranty which includes manufacturing and workmanship faults only. This warranty does not apply to Murano Glass Food & Water Bowls provided they have been received in good condition, nor does it cover any damage or distortion caused by general wear and tear, water damage, chemical or oil damage and other misuses of product, or neglect to care for the leather appropriately.
Note that LOVE TEDICI natural leather products will naturally weather over time, leaving the leather more supple and colors evolve to a more matted aesthetic.
Any repairs that fall under our warranty are free of charge.
LIABILITY
All LOVE TEDICI products are to be used as accessory items only. LOVE TEDICI assumes no liability in connection with the use or misuse of any of our products. The use of the product and safety of the pet and user are solely the user’s responsibility.
LOVE TEDICI will not be held liable to any person or entity relating to any loss or damage, which may arise and is unforeseeable at the time of contracting. Murano Glass Products should be used under supervision of the handler. Leashes and other small items should be kept out of reach of infants or unsupervised children as they may pose a choking hazard or once again, be misused if not properly supervised. By making any purchase on our website you agree to all terms and conditions without exception.
