These products are made in small batches by artisans using hand-dyed, vegetable tanned leather (color is created through tannins from trees and flowers); as such colors are subject to vary significantly from one order to the next. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately describe the color options, though it should be taken into consideration that the product you order may be lighter or darker than the colors shown in this image and vary in hue.

All exchanges are free of charge if they are communicated to us within 3 days of receiving your order and are due to a manufacturing defect or if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect order. In such instances, we will cover additional shipping costs and your new order will be processed as soon as the original order in its packaging is received by us. As all LOVE TEDICI products are Made to Order, no other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
