Book a 20-30 minute 1:1 experience with Alli, LOVE TEDICI designer and head of our custom atelier. During your session, you’ll take precise measurements, select fabrics, and explore our curated collection of vintage buttons to create a truly bespoke Florentine piece for your treasured pet.
The cost of your session will be credited toward any custom order—whether clothing or a bespoke harness—placed within 30 days.
Each piece is handcrafted in our atelier, nestled in the heart of Florence’s historic center.

SHIPPING
This is a Made to Order item and generally ships within 4 weeks. Tracking info will be sent via email upon shipment. Signature will be required upon delivery.
Please note that to minimize both carbon footprint as well as shipping costs, should your order contain multiple items, we will try to ship all items in one shipment which should be estimated according to the item in your order corresponding to the latest shipping estimate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All exchanges are free of charge if they are communicated to us within 3 days of receiving your order and are due to a manufacturing defect or if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect order. In such instances, we will cover additional shipping costs and your new order will be processed as soon as the original order in its packaging is received by us. As all LOVE TEDICI products are Made to Order, no other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
